    If my scale only read whole pounds, I’d be fine, but I type in what it tells me.

    Halfway through month 3, spending 20% of the month under 200 and never seeing 205 when starting at 218 is the way I now think about it.

    My scale is smart enough to know what my last weigh in was and give me a differential. It somehow doesn't mix me a kerry up as we are not far apart. But I'm just looking for a downward trend. Still headed down if very slowly now. Spring weather will see me a lot more active. I'm hoping I lean out that last little bit!

    More importantly, I'm shifting my weight into healthier bands.

    I had not seen <200 in a long time and in March I was under 200 for 14 / 31 days and for 12 of the last 16 days

    Looking forward to some < 195 days in April.

    Impressed/ Awesome.

    Been doing a little intermittent fasting. It helps with coffee
    On a 1800 cal lo carb diet right now ( Tried Keto but to restrictive for me)

    Basically eggs, cheese 1 slice of bread, pork chops and butternut squash then "some tortilla chips with cheese and chopped pork. Repeat as needed to get my cals/ macros and a protein shake

    For me meal prep is the biggest thing. If I dont have my food ready.... I stray... bad.

    I stop eating at 9pm. Eat at 12 the next day.

    But.... i've also been doing p90x3 ( dam its hard compared to P90x) Im muchmore winded/ sweaty than with P90x

    Down to 205 today. I was at 215/219 after a weekend binge of eating/ wine/ scotch. But need to get down to about 185.

    Just cracked the 30% BF level last week. So i'm not obese anymore. But I carry it well.

    New pd today 125.9. Funny thing is I still feel like I'm carrying that Last 5-10pounds of body fat! Maybe that feeling never goes away. It's just my body type
