Post up a pic of your bad self.
Here's my and my sweet 84 Buick Wintermobile after braking my brand new mountain bike on the first day out..

Hey umm, where is the derailer?![]()
2018 Harley Road Glide
2000 Ducati 900ss
2018 Onewheel XR
Yah, CQ, where is the derailuer?
You don't look strong enough for a fixed gear/single-speed mountain bike.
Oh well. Keeping with the bike pictures, here is one of me after conquering Mt. Ascutney last August in preparation for the Mt. Washington bike race. Actually the mountain conquered me. It was like 85-90F that day and I thought I was going to die. Mentally it was harder than Mt. Washington. At least you get to bomb back down Ascutney though. It's sick on a bicycle with sticky slicks.

Read post: I broke the thing on day 1.Riding trails, no problem - riding across a field.. Snap!
All fixed now though.. And I got a spare.
What kind of bike is that? I don't recognize it.
Did you have to walk back a long way? It's pretty easy to fix the chain and/or broken derailuer out on the trails with one of those Alien tools.
Mountain bikes are meant to be broken. Mine wasn't that expensive but in just under two years I've broken the fork, the seat, I'm on my 4th chain, and a bunch of other random small stuff. Luckily I've never gotten stranded in the middle of nowhere. I'm actually much more paranoid about getting stuck in the middle of nowhere with my motorcycle, as the bicycles are so simple and have so few things that can break. I have rode all the way from Nashua to Peterborough when going west and all the way to Rye Beach when going east and I've never gotten stuck.
