    Photo Ops in Boston/Cambridge?

Looking for some cool spots for a couple photos of the Vette, but havent found any clear backdrops - everything has light pollution, traffic, etc. Graffiti, Boston skyline, urban decay (where I won’t get carjacked &#129325, etc.

You want some sort of urban backdrop, or absolutely nothing? Or just grass and trees?

    Yes.

More descriptively, urban...but I'd consider anything.

There was a garage at northeastern on Columbus that had pretty unreal views of the Pru and skyline. I snagged a couple shots back in the college days. The one I took photos on has been completely remodeled and rebuilt, and was student parking when I went there, but there is a public one next to it that may be good.

There’s also a ton of amazing street art near me now...

Someone with a real camera with a little artistic ability could have made that a lot better...I was 19? 20 maybe?

You’ll need to request the city block off a couple of blocks. Hire a couple of cops to divert all pedestrians so they don’t disturb your photo shoot.

Park it along Memorial Drive and catch the city skyline during sunrise.

Cars and Coffee at Larz Anderson Museum in Brookline Saturday.
    https://larzanderson.org/carscoffee/

There is a nearly deserted parking lot at Tenean Beach in Dorchester that has Harbor and city views.

the old Globe building is shut down, has a driveway in front.

There are some very industrial areas along the East Boston harborfront with city views across the harbor.

On Sunday mornings no one should bother you.

The funky architecture at MIT on Vassar St might be an interesting pic. The kids will be gone soon and the area will be pretty quiet for a weeks before the tourists hit.

Went to member Car day at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline. If you drive to the top of the hill and around the rink, the road drops away and the Boston skyline is in the distance.

Good to know, thanks! I went to the last 2017 C&C; awesome time. Sad to say I'll miss most of this year's due to TTD and LRRS commitments.

I am biased because I lived there, but Castle Island area in South Boston. Go early in the mornings, gorgeous there.

Quick snap shot on the S Boston waterfront, Day Blvd. The structure on the rise in the background is Fort Independence. To the right is Spectacle Island.

There’s an overlook in the Blue Hills, with a distant view of the Boston skyline. A good photographer might make it work.
