The shelby f150 with the 750hp option is 101k. Dunno about dealer markups

What kind of an asshole would you have to be to willingly pay a $40k dealer mark-up?

That looks like a great deal for a low mileage driver! Good looking truck, except I hate those running boards (that was the first thing I did when I leased my Sierra was unbolt those hideous things and throw them in the garage)

There's not something weird involved like a V6 is there?

I agree the boards aren't my thing, just something else to break when I do something stupid offroad.

    1. Choke on a dick.
    2. I haven't sold a car in almost 2 years. (because I'm not a sales guy anymore)
    3. Clearly dealers out by you suck if they aren't leasing Silverado's. They must also choke on dicks. Must be something in your water.

Every lease ad in the history of everything advertises low mileage. Generally speaking to go from 10-12K your talking a difference of about $10 a month. going up to 15K closer to $35-45/mo

It not me selling shit, but in all seriousness some cars lease WAAAY better than others
For example we sent this out to sales guys to use as a talking point during our big December sales event.

Understanding that there are many choices for our customers to choose when they are comparing cars here is a thought:

    2017 Hyundai Tucson Advertised
    FWD CAR BASIC CAR

$209 for 24 months $2999 due plus inception
    Total paid in 2 years
    $209 X 24 + $2999 + $2200 in start up fees = $10215 for 2 years or Yearly cost of $5100

    2017 NX200T Advertised
    AWD CAR with much more

$329 for 36 months $3899 due plus inception
    Total paid in 3 years
    $329 X 35 + $3899 + $1800 in start up fees = $17214 for 3 years or Yearly cost of $5738

Its only $600 more to drive a Lexus-----we all can do the same comparison right across the board.

    A. I presumed he was referring to the subject of this thread, the mighty raptor

Pretty sure I saw a 2017 raptor on 84 around farmington today. If that's possible.

No. And it has a poor tow rating. In fact, it's also too big, too shiny, too expensive and will never be as good as a 1995 Heap Wrangler. I have no idea why anyone will be stupid enough to spend their money on it, let alone pay a dealer markup.

I am also going to proclaim that because someone can afford a nicer truck than I want/can buy, I am going to attack the credibility of that truck. Surely, they must have a small penis? I also will speak loudly and post 20 times to drown out all the positive critical reviews of the motoring press and market in general.

    Damn those grapes are sour.

Imo dealer markup IS absurd. I swear sometime back around 03-06 autofair honda had additional dealer mark ups of 1k in common Honda's.

    oh boy...

I propose a tickle fight between Ashwin and Duncan on the island in front of my house. One for the ages.

$5 spectator fee, all profits to the bead lock fund for poor kids.
