    sleep advice?

Sex usually works really well for me. But if that doesn't do it for you. I always seem to fall asleep when I watch nascar. The constant drone does it every time. Good Luck

    Too funny!

Yeah, sex works good for me too, but wow, does my wife get pissed when I get laid. 'Cause it ain't her. Nascar though, so true. Round and round and round they go when they stop....who gives a shit?

In all seriousness, I will suggest that those boys from Jordan's furniture may be on to something. The surface you sleep on can and DOES have a lot to do with how well you sleep.

My wife has neurological issues that require her to have a super-soft mattress. I like firm. VERY firm. Hell, I'll sleep on a friggin' rock. A waterbed was out of the question. Too much weight in my rickety olde house, and the "two-sides issue". Answer: Air mattress! One of those you might see on TV, this one's "SelectComfort" brand. She has her side soft as she likes it, and mine is hard enough to play pool on. Perfect. And we have never slept better in 22 years of marriage. I get a good 4-5 hours a night now (same as always, need little), she sleeps 8-11 hours. Comfortably. She used have SO much trouble gettting to and staying asleep!

Just one more suggestion: If you have a regular mattress and haven't turned it in a while, do so now. Flip it over l-to-r, and then end-for-end. It's like a new mattress all over again, for a little while anyhow. If the change only lasts a short time, it's prolly time to get a new one. Really.

    Something to consider. hth

Yup, a fan...or white noise generator.
Another one is a couple slices of Turkey, and a glass of wine...

Not really. I've tried a lot of the suggestions already. But I will say that getting a new matress & boxspring a coupla months ago DID help out a bit...

Drinking & sex (one after the other) helps a lot too! (You're welcome JC!)
