Check this out. Yankee fan forum. Too funny, they're all ready to clean house.

they gotta point, tho... only way ol' George S. knows to deal w/ a problem is to "buy" a solution.

how much you wanna bet there'll be BIG changes in the Yank-Me lineup, come spring...

Typical Yankee fan bullshit. Fire 'em, replace him, BUY him. They can't fuggin' handle it. They EXPECT this to be automatic for them now. The world's-a-changin', my friends. The world's-a-changin'...

Oh! And of course - my favorite response is '...we've one 26 times since you last did...'. Boy, that's comforting when your team goes up 3-0 in a best of 7 series and gets swept to lose 4-3 IN YOUR HOUSE!!! Weak, man. Weak...

If nothing else, we've at least learned how to deal with the heartbreak. I'm glad someone else gets to see how it is, even if it's 'just' this year. The fact that it all happened IN New York TO New York makes it all that much sweeter. I'll be savoring this for a loooooooooooong time to come...

I like how all those Yankee fans that said the payroll doesnt matter are now the same people who are telling me to enjoy it this year because Steinbrenner is gonna open up the wallet next year. Kinda ironic
