    4C flour

    2tsp salt

    0.5C starter I made myself

    The amount of effort on that scoring with a single point lame is pretty wild lol. Looks great though.

    Here's my last loaf, it's been about a month since I've made any. This is 80% hydration and I think about.. 70% bread flour / 30% whole wheat. 25% starter that I keep goin.

    Man I love bread.
