Wow, that's cheap! Is that just through one dealer, or nationwide?

It was a FCA deal, they stopped advertising it but as far as I know it's still available.

Yes. I like the look of out of the package and on the truck. Looks more like they are there for function than form. Galvy with the homedepot sticker still on them would be a bit much though...

Lease advertisements do not include taxes and fees... they can't because the manufacturer markets that advertisement all over the country and does not know the sales tax, registration fees, or dealer DOC fees of where the end user is actually purchasing the vehicle.

    Re: Let's talk trucks

Anyone actually spent any time in one of the new bowtie half tons? You know, after the "let's ditch the dated early 2000's styling and make it so half of America thinks it's ugly as hell" change for 2019. Their market share has lost ground to Dodge, so perhaps they are looking to sell them for a more reasonable amount later this year.

Was considering an F-150 with the 3.5l twin whistlers until I started reading numerous horror stories about that 10 speed trans. And a LOT of super low mileage 1 or 2 year old ones that have been traded in at other brands' dealerships.

Eh, the 10 speed goes in a LOT of vehicles. They must make half million of them a year.

True. And seems to be just as many people complaining about all the other brands for their issues. It’s a gamble no matter what.

The more I think about the new trucks the more I shake my head. They're getting to the point where they are like a mortgage payment but what you get in return is more and more cost cutting and reliability issues

Haha. Compared to the full size trucks these days it's a beauty queen. I do prefer the colorado looks wise though.

    Negative. Turbo 4 banger.

    Won't tow enough either way.

What kind of tow rating are you looking for?

The Colorado and ranger look like old nascar cars to me. Same body but with a “impala” or “Camry” fake nose.

I see that. But the new full size trucks look like a double decker bus. Why does the nose need to be 5 feet tall?

    Re: Let's talk trucks

Seems he was looking at 1/2 tons which will get those numbers with some decent tow options.

I drove my Dad's new EffOneFiddy the other day and it is so much nicer than my Tundra but that payment Yo...

I think I'll hold tight a couple more years.
