Bought the bike to try and flip it, hit a hiccup with the motor. Bike is pretty much together but would need front brake lines, tail fairings and blinkers, the tank will need to be painted because of gas spill. It was in an accident with previous owner. It is all straight now and I'll sell it withh the spare front wheel and all parts (good and bad) that i have, which is not much.

I'm just trying to get back what i have invested in it.

The Picture of the motor is where the shifter shaft goes that cracked. You can be the judge if it can be welded or not.

This is the one from CT guy? He was fixing the "shifting issue" when I came to look at it, side covers have been on and off... one of the reasons I passed on it

BTW, you can always stick Gen1 motor in Gen2 bike, friend of mine has a Gen 1 engine for sale near Philly...

You may be overestimating the value of a rolling chassis. Motor isn't worth much in its current state.
