Nothing against you or your bike but something just doesn't seem to fit with that bike...as in ....it seems out of place without a lower fairing. Do they make lowers for that model? Just curious. I've been looking for a ducati cruiser for my wife for a month or so now.

No Lowering fairing on the Multistrada. It is kinda a Dualsport.

A Ducati Cruiser would be an ST2, ST3 or ST4

I don't mean "Cruiser" per say.....but cruiser in the sense that it'd be less agressive positioning than my 1098. My wife wants to keep riding bitch on my bike and evrytime I take her it's killing my wrists. So I told her I'd just get her a bike, something sporty but not too sporty and preferably a ducati......know-what-ah-mean?

I like the monsters. I've also been looking at the new 1000 sports. Though their a bit pricey and my wife could probably never handle it. I"m hoping she'd just lose interest in the bike and it would turn into my second long range rider..........I'm such a great husband...ha! All about me and my bike obsession

The monster stared as a 900cc. All the older ones are 900cc. I think they started makinf a 750 in 1995 or 96. They even made a 620. The lowest cc this year is a 695.

    Daytrader:

The Multi is a super super cool bike for what you/wife are looking for. I've been on one of the Office Multi 1100's for 4 weeks now and loving it. Thing is a hoot. Very comfortable, lightweight feel under you, good grunt, and my g/f said riding pillion was quite comfy. Has decent wind protection and it's 'odd duc' look is just part of the fun IMO.

I've been tearing up the canyons roads on it and it handles just fine. Throw some bumps at it and no worries. I've been goofing off and riding it like a motard sometimes, even standing up on the pegs Paris-Dakar style!
