So, shes been doing a lot of sitting around and not being used. I wont ride it on the street since i have the RSV, Im not racing and for the track i can use the Aprilia. I dont NEED to sell it, but if someone shows up with $5000 they can take EVERYTHING i have for this bike, which is a LOT of stuff that ive collected over the years!!!

Im waiting on a duplicate title though, not sure if my insurance company totaled it out from my last accident (they paid me for it) but i also renewed my registration without having to go through inspection or jump through any hoops a year later. So not sure whats up with that.

Find a lender that doesn't mind a piggyback and get an 80% mortgage with them and a 10% home equity loan with the other and you only have to put 10% down. And you won't pay PMI because your primary is only 80%.
