2006 Yamaha R6"S" Race bike
Clean Title in hand.
Capable of running low 1:15's at NHMS

$3500, price isn't necessarily firm... make an offer.

Bike would need to be freshened up a bit from a few seasons of racing. Yes its been crashed, yes its been repaired. Would make a great trackday bike or a good middle weight bike to get into racing without breaking the bank.

Sharkskins Bodywork (many spares)
EK 520 Chain (4 or so race weekends on the chain)
Assortment of Vortex sprockets
Galfer SS brake lines
Vesrah pads up front
Penske rear shock (double clicker)
Forks reworked by GMD
BMC race air filter
Nissin master cylinder
Woodcraft case covers/sliders/rearsets/clipons (standard or GP shift)
Race Fairing stay with breakaway ears (whatever brand S&C carries)
Sprint steering damper
Renthal Grips
All safety wired
Jardine Slipon
R&R Racing Subframe (damaged, easily repaired, I'm gunna call R&R about fixing it before sale)

May or may not come with a stock subframe, I'll have to see whats in the garage. If I don't get the R&R subframe fixed first, I'll throw in the subframe off my street bike so you'll at least get a complete bike out of the deal

Also, the Penske shock only has about 2 race weekends on it...its basically brand new.

I'll still be around for sure, and will likely be racing. Its easy to say I'm gunna fade out of it but come April I'm sure I'll be on the grid lol.

Selling this doesn't have much to do w/ that though, I've got my eyes on something I'd like between my legs....errrrr....to ride....on the track...yea thats it.

Yup, still available. Its mostly together right now, the subframe is shipped out to R+R racing at the moment.

its MUCH cheaper to buy a bike already built instead of building your own...

I'll get some pics though next time I'm at my rents house where its kept.

That is the bona-fide thruf. It occurred to me just how much bloody $$ I have into my 848... so I'm thinkin of pickin up a "race" bike that's somewhat disposable. A wise man once said, never track a bike you can't afford to leave in a dumpster at the end of the day.
