08-15 Yamaha R6 Superstock engine - MD Racing

Hey guys, I've got an R6 engine that was recently rebuilt to Superstock spec by Matt Drucker of MD Racing - regarded as the R6-guru of the Midwest!

Has approximately 9 weekends primarily from a track day rider with a mid-front pack AM pace. I was going to race this all of next season, but got lucky finding a good deal on another engine that I have swapped out for this one, instead. Great for a plug-and-play engine to start your season with a few extra HP! Last time on the racetrack, 1 of only 2 times I've ridden this engine, it pulled hard enough to put me on the top of the box - and kept up with a couple 636s and other SS/SB R6s all day.

Woodcraft case covers ARE included. PC mapped for Sunoco 260 GTX and will consider selling with engine as a value-add (to save some money getting the bike remapped).

any idea what was done to the motor?
i just refreshed my SS motor and curious what people are doing.

I "inherited" this one. Superstock was just a refresh with a kit head gasket, blueprinted bottom end, and degreed camshaft.
