Hi Everyone!
I'm offering my heated private garage for rent this winter @ $100/bike/month.
The garage is in a secure and private neighborhood in Chelmsford, MA just off of Rt 4:
Full capacity will be limited to 16 bikes this year, and funds will be rolled into improving your space for next year:
- Heat is by oil furnace which will be set at 40 degrees.
- You get 1 electric outlet to charge your bike.
- The "leave anytime" part is something most garages can't offer. Take your bike out and bring it back without issue. I don't know anyone who can do that for a flat $100/month
- Tenancy will be month-to-month contract, due on the 15th of each month.
- I can drop the price to $60/month if all tenants unanimously agree on having an unheated space.
- I may also allow shop work if all tenants unanimously agree on having a "workshop" area next to the "bike storage" area.
I do ask that you bring and park under a drip pan or thick cardboard sheet to protect the concrete from whatever you bike may be dripping.
And wear a mask when we meet. I don't want COVID.
