I hope whoever buys these 100s takes good care of them. In about 15 years I want to buy them up and run the wheels off of them. These are such a great style of bike, but no way I could buy them right now and give them the love they deserve.

Awesome. Great color too. Loved those metal flakes. Had an orange metal flake helmet back in that era.

Very cool. I have a '78 XL100 in the back of my barn waiting for my attention, this is some good inspiration.

Thanks for the kind words - they are cool bikes for sure. For a lot of years I was looking for a red and white cb100 so I could have the sister bikes. The xl's are cool as they have a six speed which gives way better ratios.

I always envisioned them as Vineyard bikes or camp run abouts but I have electric scooters for camping and they have not yet made the Vineyard. Been stored about 5 years.
