1986 Suzuki GSX-R | eBay
Is this anyone from here? Seems like a nice bike....
Few hours remain and bids to $4550
Reserve not met
Have to admit, more than I expected for a non running 36k mile "86"
Worth it all day. Get it running and its an easy sell at 8K. My original 87 wont leave me for less than 7500..... thats the market these days.
I could see $7500 running/riding
Owner says he turned down $5k when the auction was two days old
Any of you old gixxer lovers been tempted by this temptress: 1986 GSXR 750 Slabside
I spoke with the owner and it sounded decent, I just haven't been able to get down there.
I'd give him $500. Exhaust valves were a known problem on those. They are probably shot.
At least with no carbs it makes it an easy choice to go with flat slides.

Looks like he may have more than one...
It has been on CL for some time so I would bet he is willing to negotiate
And another
1990 Suzuki GSX-R 750 Slingshot
We're just showing our age, but I agree, love the looks of the older bikes... probably why I own what I own.
2003 ZX7R
1995 916
It's like they heard us talking about them and started popping up everywhere
1986 GSXR1100
You're getting a gixxer, and you're getting a gixxer!
1986 SUZUKI GSXR 750
And then there's this (last one, I promise): *** 92 suzuki gsxr 1100**
1987 gsxr 1100
Here's one that is priced accordingly. I'll buy it for 1,800 and you'll pay me $5k? I'll even deliver the fucking thing.
