1991 RGV 250 VJ22 M Japanese model

306lbs dry with street equipment, lights, etc.

Needs:
new top end
Radiator, one from a Aprilia rs250 will fit.
Misc odds and ends.

It's a complete rolling chassis. Wiring harness fitted.
Motor is apart on my work bench ready for a new top end. One cylinder needs to be replated.
I have no time to work on this and could use the garage space.
It uses the same motor as the rs250. This RGV model has a dry clutch as well.
Spares can readily be had from our friends across the pond @ rgv250.co.uk.

Would realistically take about $500 to get up and running.

how much of a pain in the ass would it be to reg this bike in the USA?
I've not looked into it, but it's pretty clear this is street legal

I unfortunately can't afford it, but I certainly want to score one someday and be able to ride it on the street.
