About a month ago, I bought a 1992 Chevy S10 pick up as a project, it's a first generation. Not really sure why I bought it, but realize now, I simply don't have the time to work on it.
It's a project, so it needs a lot of TLC. It runs, it drives and it stops. It's a 6' bed, has a 350 V8, 700R4 automatic, dual exhaust, etc.
Some rust, there's a spot on the front of the bed under the hard cover, needs some drivers side floor work and a cab support on the same side. The frame is solid, no rust. The paint is presentable, you could probably buff it and get a nice shine out of it.
It has a fuel cell in the bed, the OEM fuel tank is not there, has a decent quality, painted hard bed cover..one of the better looking ones I've seen, Boyd Coddington Aluminum 17" wheels...needs new tires.
I just put a new radiator and battery in it, and a couple other minor things. The engine runs good and seems strong, tho I have no details on what it is and what miles, other than he told me it was a 350. Trans fluid is nice and red, and shifts firm.
RI doesn't issue titles on vehicles over 10 years old, so it has a bill of sale and a prior registration (prior reg acts as a title)
