I have a 1995 GSXR 750 that I bought a couple years ago from someone who was riding it often on the street. I was going to make a street fighter out of it since the stock headlight was broken and learn how to stunt without really worry about crashing it because it wasnt pretty to begin with. I rode it for only 1 mi since it was titled to me...

Parts that go with it:
- Stock headlight with broken tab
- Replacement upper with mono headlight and windscreen
- Replacement pegs
- Vance and Hines header that I wrapped
- Used gas tank since the old one had a dent and some rust
- Old dented gas tank
- Solo rear seat cowl
- Spare riders seat (who knows why I bought that)
- Brand new battery
- Stock mirrors
- Made 2 spare keys
Anyhow fast forward... I stripped the bike, fiberglassed some of the body work, primed and then rattle canned the bike white and then never really did anything else with it. The bike runs, I had it running today (it took a while because it was 20 degrees out...) and the petcock leaks fuel around the end of it. A new petcock kit is $145, a new petcock lever is $12. A Pingle which replaces the petcock with just a valve (no diaphram) is $98... Im sure the bike needs a tune up and whatever else a bike that has been sitting for a while needs. The price is right and the winter is plenty of time to tinker with it
The bike and all the parts I have for it are listed for $1400 on CL. I am hoping to get $1200 for it because of the petcock issue.
NESR price $1000.
