I had a 93 ZX6 (D or E) and it was a fun bike. Good luck with the sale. One nice point to this bike is a low seat height for vertically challenged riders.

Very true. I couldn't believe how high I felt on my new 2008 ZX-6R! The 95 ZX-6 has a very comfortable riding position imho.
