1-14-17 I have decided to put these back up for sale. I wanted to restore these but I just dont have the time. These two are currently at Eastern Cycle in Beverly, MA.
Ducati 916 (1996) #1 - $4000 - 9,900 miles. Comes with fairings. Bike runs just fine and doesn't appear to need anything major. Belts and valves should be looked at to be safe. Ohlins rear suspension, gold 3 spoke wheels. Unknown aftermarket exhaust. No OEM side fairings.
Issues - Last owner(s) did not treat her right. Tank is dented and chipped, frame has some surface rust. Bike is safety wired and looks like it was dropped or went down on the left. Purely cosmetic, nothing affects function. Title has incorrect mileage. I verified that the last owner write his ST4 mileage. I haven't bothered fixing it because my experiences with the RMV show they don't care. If it's a big deal I can contact the previous owner.
Ducati 916 (#2) - $4000 - 11,000 miles. Near perfect cosmetically and has Ducati Racing 3 spoke wheels. Appears to need engine work, knock coming from the bottom. Starts, runs, and drives. Comes with OEM fairings. Cannot find title at the moment.
