Well, after some conversation, Annalisa and I have agreed that it's time to part company with the bike that rekindled the riding spirit. So, we will be selling our beloved solid red 1997 Honda CBR900RR. Asking price is $2500.
This bike is in excellent condition for its 19 year age. Current mileage is 34,493.
* 17" front wheel conversion from 1997 CBR600F3 (both wheels replaced w/ new OEM wheels in 2008, stock front was a 16", hard to find tires for)
* Two Brothers full exhaust w/ carbon muffler
* Factory Pro jet kit, airbox plus kit (APK), and +4 ignition advancer
* APE manual cam chain tensioner
* D.I.D ZVM-X 525 chain and Superlite steel sprockets with less than 200 miles.
* OEM clutch plates with less than 200 miles
* Scotts rotary steering damper
* Vesrah steel braided brake lines
* EBC Pro-Lite Contour front rotors
* Corbin driver seat
* Triboseat non-slip passenger seat cover
* Zero Gravity dark smoke double bubble windscreen
* VFR800 mirrors (a HUGE improvement over stock)
* Clear Stomp Grip
* Rear fender mod (eliminates the huge stock rear fender)
* Lockhart Philips short stalk turn signals front and rear

Tires only have 1400 miles on them, but they are 6 years old. All brake pads have 1700 miles on them. All rubber lines and O-rings for the carbs were replaced in spring of 2014. It was taken out at least once every spring, so it hasn't been sitting idle.

The stands that it sits on are also for sale, but must go either with the bike or after the bike is sold. Front is a Woodcraft solo operation pin-type and rear is a Pitbull reverse levering swingarm type.
