1998 legacy GT wagon 5 spd

Bought a new car and need to move this one along now.

About the car:
-It's a 1998 Subaru Legacy GT wagon, 5spd, with 163,xxx miles on it. It's in ok shape for a car this year, but it does have a few things wrong with it.

-The gas filler-tube should be replaced as it has a small hole in it. I have patched it, but it's just a temporary fix.

-The emergency-brake could also use some work as it takes to the top of the pull to engage and it is pretty weak. I normally leave it in gear. EDIT FIXED

-The driver's-side window does not like to go up or down. Pretty sure it's just an issue with the switch, because if you wiggle it properly, it does work. I just haven't had a chance to fix it. EDIT FIXED

-Cosmetically, it has a small dent in the hatch about a 1'x1' from someone backing into it. It honestly blends in very well, but I'll be sure to take pictures of the damage. Both rear quarter-panels rusted above the rear wheel. They were cut out and replaced with new metal. It's not a perfect repair and the rust is starting to come back.

Other then that, it's in the shape you would expect from a car this old. It has been in the family since 29,xxx miles, so it's been well taken care of and I obviously know its history well.

I am looking for $2200, but I am open to hearing reasonable offers.

reason for asking is I just got a new job and have to drive ~150 miles a day. Going to sell my Maxima and buy something better on gas.

This might not be better as its Awd.....if I work for it I can get 30 on the highway and about 25 mixed.
