I just learned 2 things....


When I put up an apartment for rent, I need to word it like your add....makes me want to move in!

And secondly, Im not charging NEARLY enough rent from my tenants!!!!!

Yeah I've actually been a little surprised at just how much interest we've gotten. About 10 replies in the first day, many of which express a lot of interest. Rents have really increased in this area over the last two years, and I think the deleading helps a lot - probably 3/4 of the interest we are getting is from families with young children.

Unfortunately for us this is out of our price range.
That being said, 1800 is on par with that area, and is definitely a good deal for that unit.

Haha, I totally agree! I'm a newbie landlord and the proper ad verbiage does make a difference. Any extra help to facilitate a smoother renting/ screening process is always a good thing....especially with the winners and overachievers on Craigslist!
