    2000 CBR 600F4 excellent condition.. selling for a good friend who is down and out

    my buddy bought this new.. in 2000. its in near perfect condition.

    About his situation.. He was recently diagnosed with epilepsy
    on top of that.. he employer just laid him off.. .

    so hes looking to sell because U.F.N, he doesn't feel safe riding..
    About a month ago he had a seizure behind the wheel.. lucky he was pulling out of a street so he just ended up off
    the road in the grass.. naturally, it could have been much worse..

    Anyway, here are the pics he gave me.. im going to try to get over to his place soon so I can give it a once over as well and get a video of it.
    as far as I know, it needs nothing.

    he is the original owner.
    its never been down or raced.. my buddy is a very casual rider.
    its never been stored outside.
    everything is stock except for a scotts stearing damper.
    it has a new gas cap because the original would constantly refuse to let go of the key.
    Second Look tank bra
    fairly new Michelin Pilot tires
    carbs were rebuild a couple of years ago i believe..
    Also comes with a battery tender plus and a bike cover

    I intend on doing a Palmer soon and a thompson.

    Sorry to hear bout your buddy's situation....

    That's one nice lookin unmolested older bike, though! Here's to hoping he finds a buyer that appreciates it as much has he did.

    (Hope he gets every penny of his asking price but it may take a while to find that buyer.)

    Its a little more than they are fetching but for a unmolested bike its worth the Xtra for a turn key daily ride. You could put 300K on that...

    Ill ask but I assume no.. not worth the hassle and if he had to take the factory steering head bolt off, I doubt he has it laying around
