I'm considering selling my sv, I've been out this season due to an injuiry, and will probably miss the beginning of next year. I want to try something new, and I want it to be a motard
Pretty much ready to go...but I haven't painted the body work to make it all match. The bike runs awesome, pulls very stong considering its a stock motor. ive had decent success on it, its very comletitive in lwsb gtl lwgp, ect. Extremely reliable, one of those bike you just rideand dont work on. Here's a list of the setup-
2005 gsxr 600 front end, sprung, valved, for 185lb rider. internally extended for geometry purposes. Just refreshed.
Galfer rotors....performance friction pads. brakes are outstanding
Woodcraft clipons
Scotts damper (home made bracket, hard to get it to work with this front end)
2nd gen intake cam swap
Valves checked and have never moved in 2 seasons
Woodcraft lever guards
434 racer levers :-)
Tank spacers
Desnorkled airbox, jetted appropriately
Penske shock, sprung for 185lb rider. Have spring for lighter wieght too. Just refreshed.
Lightened subframe and custom brackets for duc 749 tail
Leo vince full system, titanium can
F3 rear wheel conversion, captive spacers. Really makes the profile of a 165 dunlop nice with a 5" width wheel.
R6 throttle
Woodcraft rearsets
14/45 gearing
Bike can come set up to run naked with belly pan and number plate, or with ducati 749 bodywork that needs paint to match but is solid.
I have a bunch of spares including subframes rearsets bars rear wheel ect
I'm on my phone and can't upload pics, email me at brlbrtn7@yahoo.com and I can send plenty.
Bike located near burlinton vt, but I can arrange delivery to loudon lrrs or trackdays...
Selling for 3500 or trade for set up motard, no clapped out shit :-). Would also trade for a nice ktm 250, 350 4stroker.
I will either race this again or part it out if there isnt interest, not willing to entertain low balls. Thanks!
