2001 Kristi enclosed trailer 7x12

Dual axle with electric brakes, barn doors with custom ramp, tool box in front, wired for electric. My friend is selling it, he has title. 2000.00
Location is Cape Cod 2 miles over the Bourne Bridge.

Do you know what kind of shape the tires, brakes, and bearings are in? I can see that the tires have tread, but are they of reasonable vintage (i.e. no dry rot, cracking ,etc)?

Also, is the white mark on the front a scratch, a bit of errant spray paint, a stress mark, or something I haven't thought of?

I looked at the tires and thought they were okay. They do show signs of age a little bit. That is spray paint on the front. Not sure about the bearings but I am sure they can be looked at if you bought it. The owner owns a car shop and this trailer was bought with a golf cart package and he doesnt need the trailer. Previous owner used it for a local painting business.
