2005 CRF 250 - $1800

I'm going to try and sell the bike for what it's worth when spring comes, but pricing it at $1800 for forum members just to get going on my bike build (once my taxes come back, I'll be waiting until spring and posting to craigslist for $2300)

Comes with black plastics, all new with custom neon "plaid" look graphics & seat cover, AND oem red set & seat cover (has a stiched shroud). White brothers Exhaust, factory connection susp & port/valve job (I was told).

It's had work done, but I don't know what... clutch is "grabby" so I believed the guy when he said it's a hinson racing clutch, faster than my newer 250F.

Valves were shimmed when I bought it, has about 15 hours on it since.

Rear spokes need tightened, needs a chain. won't replace the chain for $1800

The thought and need for a dirty toy is in my soul, but really should concentrate my $ elsewhere is a huge self controlled battle. Between this and some dude locally selling a few toys on CL I am having a real tought time..

if it's worth anything to anyone new to OHV riding (half squid?) dirtybiking is a blast. I can ride as hard/fast as I want with no speeding tickets, no cops, it's not the same 12 turns every time, sliding can actually help you get there quicker, and it doesn't cost me $200+ to go every time!

I have had two dirty toys. WR426, & CRF250F. I didn't get out as often as I would have liked to due to my job required lots of traveling at the time. Not anymore! I also have a nice big garage to work in, which I never had before this house. Now I just need to find toy $.

Well buy this one and come trail riding. More fun then I ever had street riding.
