    Small 1,000lb Electric forklift

    Anybody need a small forklift?

Super useful, I just don't have the room.

    Presto C74 electric/hydraulic forklift $749
    New sells for $3500.

Runs great. No leaks, no nicks or dings the the hydraulics. Could use a coat of paint, but other than the cosmetics it's top-notch.

    74" lift @ 5" per second
    Adjustable 25" solid steel forks
No outriggers to get in the way

0 Hours on brand new deep-cycle battery. 1-year warranty from Sears on battery.

Upgraded battery charger to a Battery Tender Plus. LEDs were re-wired to stock Presto location for convenience. Stock Presto charger works and is included.

    Battery Tender offers:
-Complete 4-step charging program (Initialization, Bulk Charge, Absorption Mode, Float Mode).
-Automatically switches from full charge to float charging mode. (stock Presto charger needs to be monitored).
-10 year Warranty from Battery Tender

Hmmm, looks like what I'm looking for to move bikes from my garage at ground level into and out of my basement. How hard would this be to transport and would I be able to get it down a stairway to lift bikes from basement into garage... Gotta think about this and take some measurements... Not sure about the 74" lift, but I'm thinking this will probably work. Where are you located?

    I'm in Chelmsford, MA.
It's pretty easy to move since it's a counterbalance lift. You can remove half of it's weight (the counterbalance ballast, forks, battery, etc...) It probably weighs under 600lbs or so stripped down. I transported it myself with a $29 U-haul trailer. You'd probably have to get a little creative to get it down a bulkhead, but it's possible with some pretty simple rigging (or a handful of buddies).
