I had an absolute blast doing track days this year, but I am hoping to buy a single family house next year and its tough to justify 2 bikes, one only being ridden 3-4 times a year. This bike won't win you a championship, but will be a great way to get into track days for not much $$
I bought the bike from Ryan Hobbs of 1023 motors at the beginning of the year. He was pretty much the middle man between me and the guy in Maine who crashed it on the street. The frame, forks and swingarm all measured straight, however the subframe is still a bit off. I have no title for the bike, however I called both the Maine and NH title departments, and pulled a carfax and all 3 assured me no signs of being reported stolen. I have paperwork leading back to the last registered owner if you want to go on the hunt for a replacement title.
The bike has a few goodies on it .. as it sits now
Full Yoshi Exhaust
K&N Air filter with 4 track days on it
Forks rebuilt for a rider at 200lbs with gear .. fresh oil, shimmed valves ... only 2 track days on them
Vortex Rearsets
Pit-ECK fiberglass body work with DZUS fasteners to lower .. and I used heat shield tape near exhaust after toasting a set made by someone else
EBC front pads with 4 track days on them
Stomp Grips
There is still a small dent in the tank, you can see it in the pictures.
$2500 Winter price
Let me know if you have any questions or would like to come see the bike here in Manchester.
