It looks to be much more upright than the SV650S - more like the naked SV and probably like my FZ6. I'll let you know tomorrow.

Well geeze, if you're going to buy it.... LOL.

Yeah, I must be getting old... looking for a more comfortable mount. The SV is very nice... but I want something that's a bit more upright so I can ride even longer.

the seating position would be like a sportbike aka rsvr with dirtbike bars. Your feet are still kind of tucked up but your hand position is up. Think of moving the clip ons to 3-4 inches about the top triple. All that equals to a more upright position but yet agressive enough to hit the twisties

Nice bikes. My friend just got one. But not the bike for me, I don't think.

I think that would be enough of a change up for me.

Who knows, maybe dankatz will buy it then I won't be so torn!

Might just go the cheaper route and get Heli bars for my SV. Hmm.

The tuono is way more upright than the SVs. Also, why do we have the same vehicles? SV650s and Saabs

LOL...well... mine's not a true Saab, since it's the 9-2x (rebadged Subaru WRX). Over on SV Rider, there's a lot of people with SVs and WRXs. Weird.

Maybe it's just a winning combination.

Well, I didn't buy it. the Tuono was just way too much for me. It handles like a dream - light and flickable (even though weighs about the same as the FZ). The motor has tons of grunt and can accelerate easily from pretty much any rpm. Those pipes are a tad too much for my old ears 8-))) - it's nice he has the stock for sale too. The bike looks to be in awesome condition. If I had a garage and could afford it as a second bike would definitely get it! The price is unbeatable and it is still under warranty (unlike me '08 FZ)
    Good luck with the sales!
