Testing the waters on this.
I bought this bike back in June from a guy in NH who purchased it new from Seacoast in February. It had 780 street miles on it when I bought it...and it now has appx 1,100 (I'd need to check that). These are street miles. I bought it with the idea of hitting the track and blasting back roads. I'm selling to put some money back in the bank, which I'll probably then spend on another bike within a month if my track record is accurate.
Details are that the stock headlamp and fender/light section were taken off by the original owner. He put a trick number plate on, with no lights. Tricky Mike installed lights in the plate...very trick. The rear signals are integrated into the license plate holder...very trick. I have the stock parts. Also has a custom machine built housing for the instrument panel (I have the stock one). This housing is very nice professional work...Tricky can attest to that. Also added by the original owner was a new front fender...much nicer than the stock.
First service done by the original owner...I had it up to Seacoast around 1,000 miles to have another oil/filter change.
A few of you have seen it in person...Denno even rode it around the block. This is a powerful, fun bike...that would be a great track weapon.
Important point on the motor...it's a 2007 bike, but has the 2008 motor. The bike was shipped late in 2007 by Aprilia...and by then, the company was making 2007 models with the 2008 motor because of all the problems they were having. Thus, you're getting the new motor, minus the BS. I confirmed this with John at Seacoast...he knew the bike. As for title, I'm still waiting to receive it from the RMV. No liens...I own it. Just slow RMV.
Kelly BB is $6,235 for the 2007. Listing it for $5,900.
Step up, people, for a great bike.
