Don't take this as a bash but I just traded my Tundra last fall and I think your price is a bit high. I too used KBB as a reference but it turned out to be just that. I shopped it around EVERYWHERE and the best $ I could get for it was about 3.5k off KBB trade in. The dealers say they use other guides and auction house prices and yadayada... I ended up trading it in and said WTF. Granted mine was a different truck and it depends on a lot of stuff but mine was a current generation v8 4wd rig.
I miss my truck already but now roll in a '12 Mustang, lots of fun. Hope you are able to sell it soon.
I'll give ya $51 but you gotta swap out the leather for cloth. I don't like leather seats

Dealers are full of shit, they look in the guides, and low ball you as much as they can. Every bit of it is cash straight into their pocket. You name one guide, they'll tell you they don't use that one. There is nothing lower in the world than a car salesman.

KBB has been irrelevent for a few years now. NADA seems more in tune with market.
Personally, I go by similar vehicles (condition, mileage, trim level) actually for sale on the net. (Cars.com, craigslist, etc)
I discard the crazy high numbers (dreamers or people that bought wrong), and the very low ones (usually bad condition or extra high mileage).
If I am not in a hurry, I price at the upper end of the middle group.
If in a hurry, I price at the bottom end.
I don't agree at all and think you have it backwards. NADA seems to overinflate values to drive prices up, while KBB seems more in tuned with the market values. In the end, the true value is what you can get someone to pay.
That being said, a $28k vehicle whether a deal or not, is hard to sell private party.

I agree with R7 - that's a tough sale to make, but you get shit done
and yes, NESR is a bunch of cheap pricks...it's like craigslist in CA: if you list it high, you have to wait a looooooong time, or nobody will buy it. If you list it fair priced or low, you'll lose money and sell it quick, then that person will re-list it high. Over a long enough period of time, dealers and big cash buyers are scooping up all the good deals, re-listing them high, and just sitting on them until the right buyer comes along.
