    Re: 3 Gallons Rotella T6

If anyone is looking for the Rotella T6 around metrowest/natick... I have two 5 gallon jugs unopened.

I used to feed my subaru this too.. but now I don't have any bikes.. or a subaru. The Fancy BMW takes this liqui-moly stuff...

Although I don't know why some of them are so much $$$ online. I believe I paid $38 a jug......

No kidding I was thinking that when I went downstairs the other night.. but I figured the person I talked to understood. He said he would normally find it at walmart for $22ish a jug, which looks awesome online.. but I've never seen it in stock at my local one.. maybe because people buy it out asap.

I buy T6 at Tractor Supply, usually $22 for the 1 gallon jug, $19.95 if you catch it on sale

Yes, the Rotella T dino oil not the fancy schmancy synthetic stuff.

Personally never saw a need for the synthetic oils so I stick with the dino stuff.

My mistake if I got confused and provided misinformation. Sorry.

Us diesel owners like it in the winter because it is much thinner which allows the truck to turn over faster when we can't be hooked up to a power source for the engine heater.

Well us diesel owners haven't had any issue with it while running it in our '06 6.0L diesel throughout the winter months. Though I do understand the thought behind why you would want to run the synthetic in this particular instance. For the viscosity difference.
