5th wheel RV for sale with truck

We are selling our 5th wheel 2006 Coachman Somerset. It is 38 feet long and in great shape. The truck can also go with it. 97 Ford F350 Powerstroke Diesel full crew cab with 172k miles with new rubber and was well maintained.

Here is the kicker, I will be picking it up later this week and it will only be available for viewing this Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Oct 8-9-10). If no takers, I am transporting it back to Tennessee where I will sell it on consignment.

We are asking 34,500 for the trailer and 7500 for the truck.I cannot sell the truck if the trailer is not sold for obvious reasons. We are willing to come down a bit if both truck and trailer are sold together.

Prices are based on NADA and are just above low book value for the trailer and high book trade in for the truck. It has new rubber (under 2500 miles and all maintainence has been done) Buy the truck and run it for the next 50k miles with only oil changes.

Trailer sleeps six comfortably and 10 or more drunks.
