6x10 enclosed trailer

I have an enclosed trailer for sale, it is pretty much a brand new trailer shape wise minus some damage to the rear of the roof tin. the day before i was picking it up a tree branch fell on it. I've done all i can to fix it and it does not leak and the rear ramp door works and closes properly. It DOES NOT LEAK... Truthfully, the remaining "damage" could be fix it an afternoon with some tin and rivets. the trailer is a name brand one, of which i forget the name as of now. I will look at it tmrw and update the thread.

steel frame. trailer is in PREFECT SHAPE minus tin roof at rear top. i believe it is only a couple few years old but honestly it is obvious that its had very little use.

Does the 6x10 trailer you own have a title? I ask because when I bought mine I found out that, unless it is of a certain GVWR that requires a title (which I believe is anything over 2990 lbs GVWR), it otherwise comes with a Certificate of Origin.

the trailer was bought off an estate sale. i have the last registration and a letter from the estate lawyer for transfer of ownership. i Also have a letter from a judge assigning the estate lawyer Full Power of Attourney to transfer ownership. All legally Binding and fully legal.

I think the certificate of origin might be a state to state thing. For instance in VT you don't title any bike <= 250 cc, pretty sure small trailers are also the same. Not sure about mass/nh but will find out as I am buying a trailer from NH that has Certificate of Origin.

If it has serial numbers and gets registered for a specific use, it has or had paperwork of some kind no matter where it comes from. Trust me on this.
It may not have it now since it has been registered but I guarantee it had paperwork at some point in time.

Do you know the approximate weight of the trailer? I'm looking for a trailer this size. I would prefer swinging doors as opposed to a ramped door, but for the price, it's a steal.

Don't title it if you don't have to. I titled my boat trailer for ease of transfer and the registration is $100 a year.

here are some more pics of the trailer. as you can see the damage is cosmetic. minus the need for new level pegs in the rear. i planned on just using a small set of jackstands.

the name brand of the trailer is CarryOn.
