Just trying to hunt down a piece of aluminum diamond plate to make a small cover to stop sand and gravel from packing into a motor mount cavity. Can only get ahold of 8" x 24" for 30 raping $'s. Anybody got something laying around from a previous project they would like to rid themselves of for less than way too much money.

1/8 or 1/4 thick. Not for structure, just to stop the damn sand and crud from getting in the cavitys. My idea may not be fool proof but it'll be better than the genious Brits. I'll try "Kane" if I don't find some locally, thanks for info.

it was me that has a diamond plate subframe, not kane. and I don't have any leftover... although you can PM racer 1979 on bandofriders and he may have some.
I just noticed some lying around at my father in laws. 8 inch square you say?
How quick do you need it?
