Gauging interest in my rs. These pics were taken yesterday.

1995 Aprilia MkI rs250

The good:
Bone stock except for Shark pipes and Arrow cans
100% Legit CT title and Reg. (not easy)
Great motor, chassis near perfect
Starts first kick everytime
Jetted rich to save heartache :p

The bad:
Needs tires (don't they all)
Needs speedo cable (tach was all I needed :p)

Do not want cash unless its crazy money, would rather trade for other INTERESTING bike, Hypermotard, 2T roadbikes, street legal Sumo, exotic<500cc diesel street bikes...

Bike will most likely be at the Brit Jam Bike Show at the Haddam Neck Fairgrounds tomorrow.

No seriously, this is not the bike for everyone, if you know what these bikes are all about, you would know the value. Early model year MkI's with factory 17 digit VIN's are rare as hens teeth here in the US. This is NOT a Cup Bike conversion, this is the real deal, factory race rep.

Prices range from 8k to 10k on these things.

I have this one as well, this is the pic when I bought it, MkII Cup Bike:



One of my Apes has to go, the blue one is getting an rz based motor transplant with the TSS cradle kit. The cradle is installed, old engine mounts ground off and new mounts tigged on. Final engine configuration not decided on yet but have the base rz engine to put in there. This one is Ohlins suspended and will most likely end up as track only as I dont want to deal with the plating/reg/lighting thing. I only want to deal with one of these bikes right now, want to spend more time with the rz's and the Sumo, the Apes are just collecting dust.
