I bought a newer truck and this one needs to go. I bought it new in '95 and it has treated me well. It is time for something a little newer and bigger. I have hauled a lot of bikes on this thing, and I know some of you have seen it at the track. It is not pretty and needs a little work. It has always run well. I let my brother in law drive it for a while and got it back on a flatbed tow truck.
The Bad:
It needs a power steering pump, and a starter(unfortunately it doesn't run at the moment, but I am reasonably confident that with a starter it would fire right up.)
The windshield has a big crack in it and will need replacing
The dash has a bunch of cracks in it and is probably 8-10 pieces at the moment.
There are a couple spots of peeling paint on the hood, and the bottoms of the doors are a little rusty.
The Good:
It has a bunch of good parts on it:
Mopar High Performance computer
Headers&exhaust
High flow Throttle Body
Jacobs Ignition
Heavy Duty Transmission in the last 50k miles
rebuilt rear axle in last 50k miles
17" forged Alcoa Aluminum wheels
trailer hitch
5.9 Liter v8
121,000 miles
The drivers seat has been replaced with a Sparco seat which is starting to show its age, but I have another, that is still in the box it was shipped in, that I will throw in. It has a 8' flatbed on it with one working underbed tool box. The middle seat/center console has a subwoofer built into it, but the stereo has some issues
I am picking up my new to me truck tomorrow and need the space in my driveway. I will give this a few days to see if anyone is interested and then it will get donated. I am open to reasonable offers and interesting trades. This would be a pretty easy fix for a winter beater, or plow truck, or a good parts truck. If you have a 95 ram it has a lot of good parts on it.
KBB value in fair condition is $4000.00. Asking $2000.00, reasonable offers, and interesting trades. As is.
