-140K miles
-33-36 mpg
-5-speed manual

Mechanical:
-snow tires on it (almost new), summer tires with it (if you want them, not on rims)
-new brakes
-new evap canister purge selenoid
-new air filter
-new plugs/wires/dist. cap
-timing belt done at around 95K
-new stainless steel catalytic converter

Appearance
-alloy wheels
-rear spoiler
-moonroof
-Cd player
-leather seats
-power driver's seat
-Green with Tan interior

Issue:
-minor "honda-rust" on rear passenger-side wheel well, but still passable for NH inspection (and easily fixable)
-wear on the driver's seat, door side

if I'm not mistaken, are those Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires?

if so, they're fantastic in the snow for FWD! combine that with better gas mileage than my corolla, and this looks like a great deal

The front has Yokahama Ice-Guard, and the rear has General Arctic Altimax. The car is a fuckin' TANK in the snow. Probably the best car I have ever driven in less than ideal conditions.

I would compare this car in the snow to my Jeep Cherokee (when it was on regular all season tires and in 4x4) in the snow, it is very very good in the snow.

I had the same car except it was a 2003 and a V6. I threw snows
on it and it was a tank.

It shouldn't. It did not pass inspection back in October because of a selenoid on the Evaporation canister, and the front brakes were borderline. I replaced both of those last weekend, so it should pass now. I have been planning on getting a sticker on it all week, but have not brought it in yet (scared of getting caught at this point without a sticker). but i will go get that done this weekend or early next week.

But it should not have any issues anymore. it has been completely maintained since new, it was My mother in Law's from brand new, then it got passed on to my wife (carfax will show 2 owners if you run it, but i consider it a one owner since it has been in the family since new).

In addition, I drove it to and from work today with not a single problem (a 30 mile, one-way commute). We have an appointment for an inspection tomorrow so it will be fully inspected upon sale.

Driving it today made me remember even more strongly how much I love this car.....
