Never really wanted an SV for the track, but I needed something and this fell into my lap at the right time. Now something else may be falling into my lap but I have to unload this first.
99 SV650:
Completely drilled for safety wire
Bodywork is almost 100%. I sanded everything down and repainted it in the off season, repairing some cracks with fiberglass some scuffs from transporting in the trailer and what not but all cracks have been repaired. The only issue is that I have been dragging the rear right corner of the bellypan which i will fix before i hand it off if the buyer wants. Bodywork mounts VERY solid.
Penske triple clicker rear with remote reservoir
RaceTech fork internals

i've changed the oil after all 3 weekends this year
I put pirelli trackday slicks on it before the season started. front has 6 days on it, rear had 2.5 and i caught a piece of safety wire that punctured, will include the punctured one if YOU want to plug it, currently has a take off pirelli track day slick on the rear
I also did a ton of minor maintenance/ clean up stuff before the season started. New Throttle side switches (old ones were all cracked apart) new throttle tube since old one had the peg cut off and it was rotating, has a 1/4 turn cam. re-ran all the crank case vent tubes and go the correct collector box and mounted it to the airbox. installed a tach with shift light, new spark plugs, flushed front brakes, mounted the front rotors to the rain wheels.
Bike comes with spare wheels, front and rear, good rains mounted on them only missing the rear rotor.
