AR15 5.56 & 22 (Posting for a friend)

I have a friend who is trying to sell his pre-ban Colt AR 15 to help finance his first race season. Clean gun, he has both the 5.56 setup and the .22 setup so you can go do some cheap plinking as well.

He's asking $900 obo.

I see him pretty often, so I can relay any questions.

Rifle is in NH, owner lives in NH. I'm sure he'd prefer to do a NH sale via a local FFL or whatever that entails, but if you're itching to get it transferred and it's legal in your state I'm sure that can be worked out.
