How do the Arai helmets size? Do they usually run small or large. I have a scorpion 400 and a 700 in large. Just wondering.

Damn. Thats 96.2 miles and 1 hour 50 mins away. As much of a great deal that helmet is that would be one hell of a gamble on whether or not it fits. Sorry man good luck with the sale.

This might help the sale. The Vector 2 is modeled after Vector (yup dumb comment). It has Arai's Intermediate Oval shell shape so it fit's a lot of riders (unlike the Profile which is long oval). The Medium is 57-58mm (7-7 1/8"), if the helmet fits good on the top of your head and the cheek pads seem a little loose you can always pick up a new set of cheek pads for about $40, seeing as the cheek pads tend to be the first thing that wears out.

The DOM is 08/08, and it was bought in '09....so I'm guessing it's just a "Vector", not a Vector 2. Sorry for the confusion. Either way, it's still a great price for an excellent condition helmet w/ an extra shield.

And no, the padding hasn't packed much, if at all.
