could be wrong but i believe an 07 altima will be 5 lug. these are probably from and older altima

They are 4x114.3 lug pattern wheels. they fit 93-01 altimas....make it 75 kb and there yours.

These are 15 inch tires. 07 altimas came with 16 inch wheels. so to answer your question. no.
