Boat and Camper Forsale

Not sure if anybody here would be interested, but our boat and camper are forsale.

Camper is a 2004 30' Keystone Sprinter FKMS. Clean as hell, upgraded to a real residential toilet. Asking $12750... will knock a few hundred off for a NESR'r. Its on a site in Pine Hollow in Laconia, right across the street from Broken Spoke and Funspot (excellent location for moto weekend). We've paid a $700 deposit to the $2800 yearly campground fee..that would be included if you keep in on that site. More pics here:

Boat is a 1990 23' Wellcraft Eclipse Cuddy cabin. Its got about 375 hrs on the original engine and outdrive.. maintenance has been very thorough and the boat had a COMPLETE overhaul of the aesthetics and then some just a couple of years ago. Asking $8500.. again, will knock a few hundred off for an NESR member. More pics here:

Hate to sell either, but we just had our second baby last fall and two kids taking 2+ naps per day does not equal a lot of fun with campers and boats.

I've spent time in the camper and on the boat... both are top notch.

Chris takes excellent care of anything he owns.
