Just a heads up to people considering used phones- you can use Straight Talk SIM cards (~$15) in ATT phones without unlocking them. Plans are $45 a month unlimited talk / text/ data (or at least the same "unlimited" data you get with most companies) and no contract.

No affiliation, I just picked it up using a locked AT&T iPhone 4 and I have great coverage. Pre-paid for 3 months, non-recurring and got ~3.50 off a month which in turn covered the taxes and 911 fee making it actually $45/mo.

Before anyone says anthing else, I got no beef with OP or AT&T. idgaf, phone plans are expensive and contracts suck- I can't be the only one who feels that way.

No worries! phones are just stacking up at home and i should start getting rid of them before they lose their value.
Maybe someone needs a phone and isnt eligible for an upgrade or wants to get someone a gift idk.
I am not very ebay friendly or care enough to get on it..
