    Wanted: Cheap Track Bike

    Not really sure what I want, but have never owned a twin or triple. Open to anything though.

    As I am looking for a dedicated track bike, I wouldn't need it to be street worthy. Salvage titles or "bill of sales only" would be ok but not interested in anything "questionable" (as in stolen or "borrowed").

    Would prefer something 750cc to 1000cc range. Hoping to find something in $2k-3k range.

    Prefer getting a PM.

    ***UPDATE*** Thanks to everyone's responses and PMs to date. i think that after getting some feedback and input from a few of you and some riding friends, I think that I'm going to narrow my search to a SV650s or comparable. Some of you who replied have some good bikes (and good deals) And I'm sure that you will ultimately find good homes once posted. Thanks again!!!

    It is smaller than what you wanted, but would suffice.

    Or an EX500 for $600.

    LRRS699 (Justin) is selling his GSXR600 for CHEAP money - it's capable of low 15's, so i dunno if you'll need a bigger motor

    The Ex500 would be the cheapest way to get into racing.

    Is a 750 even legal in any classes? 1000 is nuts!
