    Cub Cadet XT1 LT50

2018 Cub Cadet XT1 LT50, 50" 3 blade stamped deck, 24 horse Kohler 7000, foot controlled hydrostatic. Purchased new spring of 2018, so we have a season and a half on it. ~100 hours on the clock which will climb a few per week until it sells. Oil changes done on time, chassis greased per spec, deck routinely washed out after used. It comes with a twice used triple bagger ($500,) maintenance lift ($200,) and a new set of blades installed.

I am selling because I need to upgrade to a commercial zero turn. I thought this would be enough, but I'm a bit out gunned on my 2 acres. This would be a perfect setup for around an acre. It's a nice setup and I have no complaints about the tractor's performance, I'm just asking too much of it.

MSRP of the tractor, accessories, and sales tax totals $2,975, considering age and condition I am asking $2,000 OBRO. Tractor is located in Rehoboth, MA.

I can assist with delivery in a reasonable area (~100 mi.) I will post pictures probably tomorrow as I'll be mowing, here is a link to the Cub Cadet product page which shows the tractor and available accessories.

I heard that. This guys is getting it done for sure, but I'm just about done with spending 3 hours every week on my lawn. The half hour to weed eat isn't going anywhere, but I have to make so many passes a zero turn will put a big ass dent in my cut time. 99% sure I'm going to pick up an Ariens Ikon X 52". It appears to have the best blend of price/capability/build quality through the research I've done.

End of semester/final exam has delayed cutting the grass thus far. Going to get on it Friday after work and post pictures then.

That's a solid mower, my caretaker is mowing 4 acres a week at my place and he is using the same Cub you have. He spends 3-4 hours to cut the 4 acres, I don't think you'll save as much time as you're hoping for with a zero turn.

I mowed my place once when I first moved in, never again. The cost to have someone come mow, is minimal compared to buying a nice mower, maintaining it, fuel, and most importantly the lost time.

Seemed like a square deal to me. He paid a little more than I wanted, I made a little less than I wanted.
