Downtown Boston Condo Getting Ready For Sale

We'll be selling our condo in September. We haven't set a price yet but it will be in the $425K range. One bed / one bath on top floor of a 6 story building. It is in a restored brick building and was built out in 2006. Fantastic location on Lincoln Street between South Station and Chinatown with private (for all residents) courtyard and deeded storage. Pet friendly building serviced by 2 elevators with full time maintenance. Covered parking for motorcycles available at $50 per month! We're getting things lined up on the house we're buying and as soon as that is done we will get some pictures and put this on the market.

    Hey Bonk,
I was searching around online and ran into this post and wanted to reach out quickly regarding your condo. I'll shoot you a PM.
