whats needed for 17" wheels

I have the wheels , swing arm rear brake, caliper and master cyl,pedal, it needs the spacer which I may have for the front which is I believe a 30mm and either a custom rear set for the rear brake or a stock one it has a set of rear sets custom made on it but were made to work with the drum brake . I believe all else is there.

Also forgot to list that this bike has a new ebc pro lite front rotor and hh sbs brake pads and wood craft clip-ons
